WGM Group’s permitting team has developed professional and amicable working relationships with regulatory and resource agencies, conservation districts, and tribal governments across Montana, as well as with the US Army Corps of Engineers and US Fish, Wildlife Service. Our team includes a wetland scientist with resource-grade GPS and drone survey expertise who can efficiently develop preliminary designs and wetland delineations. WGM Group’s thorough understanding of regulatory policies consistently results in successful permit applications for both public and private clients. 

Through comprehensive examination of the impacts that a project might have on existing environmental resources, our designers are able to select approaches that balance project goals with resource protection. We are well-versed in the analysis needed for Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements as well as re-evaluations as project designs change, both of which will help ensure projects will be built on schedule and free of legal challenges.

In collaboration with our planners and civil engineers, we help put redevelopment goals in context for cleanup decision-making and public outreach efforts.
