The Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML) in Hamilton, MT are part of the National Institutes of Health. WGM Group has provided planning, surveying and design services on numerous projects over the last twelve years. Recent work includes a master plan; site mapping; and site work and utility planning for the BL3 and BL4 laboratories, the receiving building and parking lot, and the visitor center and parking lot. We are currently working on detailed schematic drawings and cost estimates for the roadway, parking lot, pedestrian pathways, and storm drainage systems for the next 20 years of campus expansions. A master plan is in place, but a more detailed phasing plan is necessary to properly plan for future growth.
RML re-selected WGM Group in October 2008 as part of a design team for the next four years.
