WGM Group provided planning, cost analysis, permitting, design, and construction administration for two independent water systems in Grant Creek. One was developed under private contract, and the other with a County Rural Special Improvement District (RSID).

The two systems were then combined and connected, utilizing an RSID to fund the process. Through ongoing work with the Water Users Association, WGM Group continues to design expansions and improvements to the water system. The system now serves 161 residential lots, and has two 375 gallon-per-minute wells, one 180 gallon-per-minute well, three storage reservoirs totaling 435,000 gallons of storage, two booster stations, and four pressure zones.
