Project Status

The project has been split into three separate construction contracts to facilitate phased construction of the entire project. Final design and right-of-way acquisition are proceeding in this order:

    * Segment 1 – Lupfer to Karrow
    * Segment 2 – Karrow to West of Mountainside Drive
    * Segment 3 – West of Mountainside Drive to Mile Post 133

Project engineers have been working to identify utility relocation needs and finalize the required right-of-way, as well as final construction phasing plans and bridge details for the Lupfer to Karrow segment of the project. Final design for the remaining segments is also progressing.
