What's Next?
Right-of-way acquisition for the first segment is now underway. This involves appraisals and negotiations with each landowner on the project. When this step is complete, relocation of utilities and road construction can begin. We anticipate the first segment to begin construction Fall 2012.
Right-of-way acquisition and construction of the remaining segments will follow closely behind, depending on the availability of funding.
