Trempers Shopping Center is the home of several large businesses, including Ace Hardware and Albertsons. In 2003 the businesses and site owner saw a need to revitalize this urban shopping center.
WGM Group was responsible for project planning and conceptual design, funding procurement, site design including truck-turning analysis, extensive utility upgrades, final design and coordination with the Project Team, and contract and construction administration.
