In 2009, The City of Missoula, on behalf of Rocky Mountain Development Group, received a federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program $5 million award as part of an $11 million project to build 115 units of rental apartment for low-moderate income households.
The site is the former home of the Missoula Athletic Club on East Broadway, in Missoula. Construction will begin in the Summer of 2011.
WGM Group provided site civil engineering for the architectural firm, Gavin Hanks Encompass. This included a site, grading, and erosion control plan, access design, parking lot layout, slip lane design for East Broadway, completing permitting to allow excavation within the floodplain along the Clark Fork River, storm drain design, and as water and sewer main extension. WGM Group will also provide construction administration during construction of the excavation, parking lot, and civil infrastructure construction.
