| Nick Kaufman, Vice President, Principal Planner Mr. Kaufman has more than 33 years experience in the planning and design of residential, commercial, and industrial development; mixed use development; traditional neighborhoods; shopping centers and sports facilities. His experience includes the development of comprehensive plans and implementation through land use regulations and capital facilities planning. Mr. Kaufman’s education and experience in planning and design allow him to incorporate innovative planning and design options with a thorough understanding of the public review process into each project for maximum return to both the client and the community. |
| Jon Gass, P.E., LEED AP, Principal Engineer Mr. Gass is a LEED Accredited Professional with more than 17 years experience in the design and construction administration of civil engineering projects, including sewer, water, storm drainage, and transportation facilities. He has worked with numerous government agencies and private developers and has a strong knowledge of the required processes for various types of projects. His experience encompasses a wide range of projects including sewer collection, water supply and distribution, storm drain detention facilities, transportation improvements, hydraulic/hydrologic analysis, commercial and residential development, public involvement, subdivisions, and construction administration and observation. |

| Jeremy Keene, P.E., LEED AP, Principal Engineer Mr. Keene is a LEED Accredited Professional with more than 16 years experience specializing in urban planning and design, including a wide range of transportation, site/civil, and mixed-use redevelopment projects. He brings a strong knowledge of project process in multidisciplinary teams, and emphasizes proactive communication with clients and team members. Expertise includes public involvement, urban planning, mixed-use development, roundabout design, geometric design, grading and drainage design, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, bicycle and pedestrian design, construction plans and specifications, utility coordination, and right-of-way acquisition. Clients include the City of Missoula, Missoula Redevelopment Agency, City of Whitefish, Montana Department of Transportation and numerous private individuals. |
| Ryan Salisbury, P.E., LEED AP, Principal Engineer Mr. Salisbury is a LEED Accredited Professional with more than 12 years experience in the design and construction administration of civil engineering projects, specializing in residential and commercial development projects. The majority of this work involves design, public involvement, and management of residential and commercial development projects. Other experience includes wastewater treatment facility design, water transmission main design, sanitary sewer main extensions, construction inspection, technical engineering reports, and grant applications. |

Senior Electical Engineer Mr. Lofftus has been designing electrical systems in Montana for over 25 years. He is proficient in both the National Electric Code (NEC) and the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and their application to traffic systems, electrical distribution systems, outdoor lighting, control systems and instrumentation, utility interfacing and relocation, feasibility studies, alternate energy systems, and construction oversight. |
| Bruce Anderson, Senior Hydrologist Mr. Anderson has been a practicing hydrologist in western Montana since 1992. He specializes in water resources projects including surface water and groundwater, water quality and availability, fisheries enhancement, and natural resource restoration including streams, rivers, and wetlands. |

Land Surveyor Mr. Olinger has been working in the surveying industry for eight years performing surveys from field to finish. His experience includes geodetic and boundary surveys, construction staking, mapping, and hydographic surveys. |
