| Brent Campbell, P.E., President, Principal, has more than 20 years of experience in planning, design, and construction. He has worked on projects ranging from rural road rehabilitation and reconstruction to the EIS preparation and design of multi-million dollar facilities. He brings an excellent knowledge of infrastructure planning, design, and traffic engineering, with pronounced expertise in infrastructure planning and finance for community development. Brent is an enthusiastic participant in numerous community activities, including Missoula’s River City Roots Festival, for which he co-won the Downtowner of the Year Award. |
| Nick Kaufman, Vice President, Principal, has more than 26 years of experience in planning and design of residential, commercial, and industrial development. His responsibilities include planning, design, public involvement, and governing body approval on more than 200 projects, with experience ranging from the design of traditional neighborhoods, mixed use developments, shopping centers, power centers, walking street commercial design, and industrial parks, to the planning of sports facilities and major transportation and bypass studies. In addition, his experience includes the development of comprehensive plans and implementation through land use regulations and capital facilities planning. Nick’s education, extensive experience, and community involvement provide WGM Group clients with the expertise and connections necessary to successfully complete projects. |
| Jeremy Keene, P.E., Project Engineer, Principal, has more than 13 years of experience in a wide range of transportation planning and design projects, including urban and rural road design, site planning and redevelopment, right-of-way design and acquisition, environmental documentation (NEPA), wetland mitigation design, and utility coordination. Jeremy brings a strong knowledge of project process and emphasizes a proactive management style where communication with clients and the project team is key. |
| Jon Gass, P.E., Project Engineer, Principal, has more than 13 years of experience in the management, design and construction administration of civil engineering projects. Jon has worked with numerous government agencies and private developers, and has a strong knowledge of the required processes for various types of projects. His experience encompasses a wide range of projects including sewer collection and treatment, public water supply systems, storm drain detention facilities, transportation improvements and hydraulic/hydrologic analysis. He has been the project manager for several commercial, residential, and golf community developments involving site analysis, planning, design, public involvement and construction. |
| Julie Titchbourne, P.E., Project Engineer, Principal, has 17 years of engineering experience in the Northwest. She consults with private clients to determine the viability of their residential and commercial projects, develops budgets and estimates, and manages private projects from inception through design, permitting and approval, construction support, and project certification. Julie also works on public facility improvements, including the design of water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain systems. Her work involves the evaluation of slopes, soils, and road access; the potential for degradation of drinking water and surface water from development; and floodplain review. |
| Ryan Salisbury, P.E., Project Engineer, Principal, has more than 9 years of experience in the design and construction administration of civil engineering projects. Ryan's work involves design, public involvement, and management of residential and commercial development projects. Other experience includes wastewater treatment facility design, water transmission main design, sanitary sewer main extensions, construction inspection, technical engineering reports, and grant applications. |
