WGM Group's FTP site offers users a more efficient and secure way to share files. To access our FTP site you will need to have a user name and password. WGM Group staff that you are working with will provide this information.
Using Internet Explorer enter the following URL:ftp://wgmgroup.com/ (or, click the link provided).
Enter the user name and password provided by WGM Group.
Upload or download files as needed by copying/pasting or dragging and dropping from the Windows Explorer window.
NOTE to IE 7 users. Microsoft has changed the way Internet Explorer 7 works with FTP sites, and is no longer compatible with FTP access via the browser. To gain access to our FTP site, follow the steps below:
1. Right-click on the Start button, and then click Explore.
2. In the Address line, copy and paste the FTP URL address given above.
3. Press Enter, and then enter the name and password provided.
You may upload or download files as needed.
