We have extensive experience preparing riparian and wetland management plans, environmental assessments for subdivision applications, vegetation inventories, revegetation plans, noxious weed evaluations, wetland delineations, urban forest inventories, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping of natural resources.
We also have a strong working knowledge of environmental permitting requirements, including: Section 404; SPA 124; MPDES and NPDES; DNRC Navigable Rivers Land Use License/Easement; ALCO 87A; local floodplain permits; and MDT Encroachment and Access Permits and Environmental Checklists.
Our work with National/Montana Environmental Policy Act (NEPA/MEPA) documentation is broad, and includes Environmental Impact Statements (EIS’s), Environmental Assessments, Section 4(f) evaluations, Categorical Exclusions, and NEPA/MEPA checklists.
