WGM Group performed a geodetic network utilizing GPS static techniques to provide control for aerial photography and mapping of a three-mile stretch of the Clark Fork River just west of Alberton. Terrestrial mapping techniques (along with a jet boat) were utilized to collect nine cross sections of the river bed for use in a HEC-RAS model to determine the 100-year floodplain for this stretch of the Clark Fork River. The study was completed in March 2005.
