Nick Kaufman has over 30 years experience as a Land Use Planner with WGM Group. His professional experience and education combined puts him in a unique position to work closely with our community groups, such as the Montana Organization of Realtors (MOR). On Wednesday, October 8, Mr. Kaufman gave a 1/2 day seminar to the MOR members on Land Use Planning. This seminar covered everything from the current housing situation to the complex process of Land Use Planning, which includes site analysis, site planning, and the legal aspects behind getting the job done.
